Teknisyen krizi sadece bir i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc sorunu de\u011fil, t\u00fcm ekosistemi tehdit eden sistemik bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TechForce Vakf\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 2021 Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Teknisyeni Arz ve Talep Raporu, \u015fok edici bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya koyuyor: 2025 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yeni teknisyen talebinin arz\u0131 <strong>be\u015fe bir oran\u0131nda<\/strong> ge\u00e7ece\u011fi. Her y\u0131l 23.000 deneyimli teknisyen sekt\u00f6r\u00fc terk ediyor. Uzmanlar be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde teknisyen a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 225.000&#8217;e ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve her teknisyen i\u00e7in 1,8 a\u00e7\u0131k pozisyon olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fakat T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de durum daha da vahim. Baby Boomer ve X ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndan gelen deneyimli teknisyenlerin %68&#8217;i \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde emekli olacak. Bu geli\u015fmeler yeni bir teknoloji \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131rken, bu sistemleri kurmak ve onarmak \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek seviyede uzmanl\u0131k gerektiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra IoT entegrasyonu, elektrikli ara\u00e7 teknolojileri ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 ev sistemleri teknisyenlik mesle\u011finin DNA&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdi.
